Fine tuned recipe for Corn Fritters. Very healthy. Will post as now happy with result.
Baked mini Cheese cakes also successful so will make another lot to test recipe. Will post as they keep well and reheat beautifully in AF.

Making a No Fuss loaf and trying Chookies suggestion of adding some potato. The dough looked very sticky so I added a bit more flour. Now waiting for it to rise
Made 4 of these little quiches in the pie maker. I buttered 4 slices bread and filled them with chopped ham, tomato, egg and grated cheese. We had one each for lunch.

Great idea Margaret. I’m making the garlic and cheese pull apart loaf for dinner tonight.

Sudden cook up for tomorrow as we are going to do the tree top walk while the kids do the zip line and some scary tree top rope walk near Lorne .Snap I made quiches in the pie maker today too. Better than Serra lea Banana cake , so light .

The potato bread was a success. It is very soft and it's hard to cut a thin slice
Today I have made a large pot of roasted pumpkin soup and a boiled fruit cake

Cookie, yes the potato bread was very soft and the dough hard to handle, but the baked rolls were lovely and especially nice reheated in the AF. The potato herb loaf set up and was easy to slice after a day.
Today I made a plain loaf with added grain. The flour was from The Source , biodynamic bread flour.
Also had a little pumpkin and some apple sauce leftover. Made a low FODMAP Cake/ bread. I made 1/2 recipe. Ate it with a cob of Cream cheese icing.

Great baking Chookie . Day was great , zip line was fun for kids although they said it was scary. Brought pizza bases from Berringura Artisan bakery , they were gluten free . We had them with lots of fresh vegetables a little ham and DS added fresh pineapple. The crust was light and filling .

Minestrone soup, no-bake carrot cake bites (for the builders after we have sampled one or two, of course!), RTE's oven baked rice and vegetables and EDC stock concentrate

Made Tahini biscuits. Gluten, lactose and egg free. Like Anzacs . Posted.
Being creative, leftover pasta so going to make a cheesy bake which kale stirred through. To go with T Bone. Roasted toms.
Making bread crumbs from leftover SD loaf.
No wasting anything. Poor Chooks not getting much.

It's good to use all the bits and pieces Chookie, but I'm sure the chooks don't think so.
I had some Caramel spread stuff in the fridge and I noticed Tenina had a Chocolate cake with a little spread on the top so it is in the oven now. The recipe uses EVOO and some balsamic. The raw mix was very smooth and tasted nice. I only made a half as hers had 500g of flour in it.

An interesting combination cookie.
I love using leftovers to create something different, well I used to. That statement doesn’t apply so much these days as most things either end up in the freezer or I have a plate full of all sorts of odds and ends for the next meal.
