It has rained most of the day here. We’ve had 31mm. Very nice.

It may be headed our way for the Showdown cookie, not our home game so I’ll watch it on TV.
I’ve spent hours on the IPad browsing for a suitable print for my new room. I hope I got the colour right!

Missed posting on Forum yesterday.  Chaotic here.  Rals Birthday. Excellent results of latest Platelets. No Dr or Infusion for 3 weeks. New pills seem to be working. GD spent 3 hours doing odd jobs.  Out for Dinner at new Restaurant called Lola . Fine tuned recipe for Corn Fritters .
Fine , cold and sunny.

Good morning everyone.  A cool 8* here and sunshine.  We really do need some rain.
Happy Birthday to Ral, I hope he enjoyed his special day.  Wonderful news that the new pills are working for him.

A very Happy  Birthday Ral. Wonderful news re your platelets. They are behaving.

Judy we have our derby this weekend too. It’s a Dockers home game. They are forecasting only a bit of rain but very cold. I think it is going to be a hard match. There will be lots of yelling at the tv.

We’ve had well over 2 inches of rain since about 10am yesterday. Very nice.

Morning all.
I bought a large fat Postal tube. Ral cut it into sections and I squeezed in as many paper patty pans as I could. We then cut cardboard disks and sealed the ends.  Yesterday I posted them.  Hope they arrive.  CC, Judy, Cookie, Marina and Mab. Let me know if they don’t.   A bit of fun.

Ral says thanks for all the Birthday wishes.

GD came and did lots of cleaning and odd jobs.  She is a lovely young person.
Not so cold 7 degrees, top of 12

Good afternoon everyone.  17* here sunshine but still no rain.
We have new neighbours moving in today.  A young couple with a baby girl, have leased it.  Haven't seen any other children so far.  The house has been empty for over 12 months, don't know why as it is a lovely brick house close to schools and town.  It is owned by another young couple who bought it as an investment, a rather poor one as they have done nothing with it.

Judy you must be very happy with your teams win tonight. It was an enormous win. I’m watching  my team at the moment. I feel sorry for them as it has rained very heavily on them.

We had a maximum of about 13 yesterday. Chilly.

It started sunny today but the clouds rolled in this afternoon. I did manage to dry all my washing outside.
