Nutrition Tables

Not exactly TMX related, but does anyone have a link to a good nutrition table where I can list the items in a dish and the chart will break down the various components, i.e fat, calories, protein, etc.

Marina I use My Fitness Pal. It is an app and you can put ingredients in and the portions and it will tell you the nutritional breakdown. It is more for calorie counting and I use it for sugar content. However I often put recipes in that we have frequently and it gives me the breakdown.
