Thanks for your +ve comments re talking about bread. Im still thinking. I certainly dont want a tmx career, im far too busy being retired.
Our very dear friend who we bought the last car from is in hospital. Very sad. His DD has said they will be sending him to rehab, which is wonderful. She is a bit upset as his DIL has been in and throwing her weight around as if he has died.

Chookie I’m pleased that you checked on your neighbour, poor lady.

I made a Classic loaf and a Seeded loaf from Cookidoo. Ive made the seeded loaf before and have followed the recipe from my ipad. Today i followed Cookidoo on the tmx. The dough was very sloppy and while it was rising i checked the recipe. In the procedure Cookidoo had left out 2 lots of flour. Both 100g. I wasnt impressed.
I also made some biscuits from today’s paper.  They are very nice.

Margaret that is sad. 🥹🥹
DD and I went to the Royal Show I thoroughly enjoyed it. 3 young lasses were at a thermomix display. I spent some time chatting to them. One was a business manager or something and kept trying to make me say es to be a consultant. Not my thing. She has asked me to chat to a group about bread making and sourdough. I said I’ll think about it. It would be at HO..

DH saw the eye specialist this morning. No apparent cause for his ‘bung eye’ several weeks ago. Then he had a meeting at Optus stadium for Nasho Fair Go and then this evening he had a meeting with an estate agent. I goofed off at home. I was busy doing very little. 😀😀😀

I made a cake called a Hinkler cake today. It’s quite nice. https://www.couriermail.com.au/news/queensland/bundaberg/new-book-is-serving-up-a-sweet-slice-of-bert-hinkler/news-story/cbed1df39ea1430a6af0aaa6d05b8f2d
It has an interesting story attached to it.
