Thanks Cookie, I don’t go there but my Blog was compromised. I’ve been through everything and changed passwords and removed any apps I don’t use.

That’s awful Chookie.

We had lasagne, garlic bread and salad. There is enough for tomorrow night too.

I received an email from Thermomix about an hour ago. Apparently a server on Recipe Community has been compromised.  I was on there last week and they said my details had been hacked. No passwords were compromised but names and addresses were.

I find it scarey but DD said to just be very careful.

Chookie you will love it.
Marina I found your information interesting and informative, thanks.

Today I went and bought some flour for my bread making. I use Laucke bread flour as the base but like special flours from Risen Flour. https://www.risenflour.com.au/

I made some biscuit today. Just a plain vanilla type one.
This is a photo of my fired bread.

We had mince, veggies that I chopped using the chop mode on the TM 6, tomatoes, a tomato sauce that I made all mixed with pasta.  It was tasty.

I'm not sure if I will bake today. It's 37 at the moment. The biscuit barrel does need refilling.

Snap Margaret. I had my hair cut today. The salon informed me this morning that all card payment, including eftpos would incur a 1.59% surcharge. I paid cash.

We like 4 bean mix. It's so versatile.
We're having Chicken and Cashews with rice.

I’m reading Part of Your World, Abby Jiminez. It’s an almost soppy romance. I enjoy them every now and then.

I made a seed loaf from Thermogroovers. It goes into a cold oven. After about 15 or so minutes I could smell burning. I checked the oven and the bread had risen into the top
Oven elements. When I opened the door the bread burst into flames. I was going to close the door and cut off the oxygen, but we needed the bread. I managed to tip the loaf over and DH shifted the oven shelf down. I popped the loaf back in to finish cooking. I haven’t cut it yet. I thought it was rather funny.

I had book club tonight. I made sizzle steak rolled up with bacon, carrot and dill pickle in it. We had veggies with it.
