We are having a slow cooked beef roast and veges. :)

Last night we had meatballs in tomato sauce , an old microwave cookbook recipe , so easy with egg pasta as it is lighter .

I have butter chicken prepped ready to cook, and another slow cooked sirlon cooking as well.

Last night grilled fish with rice and steamed veggies.  Lunch, pumpkin and carrot soup.
Today Lamb Korma.  FODMAP recipe in SC.

We had a chilli dish from the magazine Diabetic Living. It was very nice. I halved the recipe and there is enough left over for another meal as well as for DH for lunch.
