Silpat Bread Mat
« on: June 08, 2012, 06:11:50 am »
Hi.  I was wanting to purchase a bread mat but didn't know what size was good.  Can anybody let me know which one is the best size?  Thank you!

I would aim for one the same or near enough to your oven tray.

Thank you.  I knew it was better to ask than to plunge straight in.  I'm presuming you recommend the same size as the oven tray so that I can use it to bake my bread on Gert?  Is that right?  Thank you so much for your input too obbie.  I'll go and have a look at overflow to see if they have any at the moment.
Thank you all for your advice.

Just because it is not too big and not too small. Really depends on the size of the bench top space you have as uni suggests.

Nice to have a couple.
