Thsnks to thermie, i hsve this cake in the oven, ready in 20 mins, so all done and cooling before school.

Also it uses yoghurt. Yay

I made this with gluten free flour and an extra teaspoon of baking powder, and it worked beautifully. Wish I'd taken a photo :(

I made this as cupcakes (and some mini-cupcakes ) with large juicy limes and got a lot of compliments at work today. Quick to make, light but moist because of the syrup. I put in plain yogurt and some canned passionfruit as it needed using up. Will do again as very quick and tasty.
