K Atie, after one of my more extreme hair cuts, my dear FIL said to me "Never mind, it will grow again!".  I was a bit deflated because I liked the cut, so DS need only wait a week or two (perhaps until the end of the school holidays) and it will have started growing back in again.

Chookie, I am all for COVID brain fog - it's a good excuse for everything.

Thanks for the thought, Cookie, we do have a couple of decks here now that I can get out onto and hide (so long as the weather is kind to us).

I must say, DH and I are so very, very happy that we had our big renovation / extension finished last year otherwise we would have been tearing each other's hair out during this lockdown.  We have got 3 times the space that we had before we did the work and no real outside area at all so it is a much better home now.

I love the thought of Covid 19 brain fog. I’m sure that’s what I often have.

Regular 6 monthly eye check up.  Very strict appointment requirements. Happy about this.

I did the grocery shopping this morning and DH helped me!! This afternoon we took Nic, the budgie,  to the vet as he has a growth. It has to be removed and he goes in for day surgery on Friday. He is quite well so hopefully the surgery will go ok.

K ATIE, hard to keep everything under control. I am a list maker.  I have several stuck on fridge.   Now I am going out a bit, I grab a list and try to get everything I need.  Yes, have noticed some things are not available.
It is forecast to be warm today.  Garden.? Washing.  Washing all the woolies by hand with the Wool mix that I made.   It has set up into a soft jell.  I put a handful into a strainer and run hot water over it.  It dissolves into the water.

A trip to Bunnings this morning to buy a new toilet seat for the ensuite.  Also bought a large 65 litre plant pot, I have a very large clivia that has broken out of its pot.  Also bought two tomato plants and some lettuce  seedlings.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

We took Nic to the vet this morning. It’s 2pm and hopefully they will ring soon. I have big butterflies in my tummy. Not sure what I would be like if it was a human family member.
