It is cold and raining. So cooking, scones to use up the cream, Marinas pasta dish, have taken advice and cut up ginger and covered it with Vodka.  Soaking the rice for the black Rice pudding,  which I will make this afternoon.  ( will post if it works converted to TMX).  Peppermint  Crisp Ice Cream with Creme  De Menthe.  Veal stew in mini SC. All from fridge, freezer and pantry. 

Love the look of what every one is cooking. Mab, thanks for the photos,  looks great.

Judy, we would be glad to see you.  Ral eats most things so is easily pleased.  I occasionally cook myself liver and he has a steak.

Made lasagna which I know some will go in the freezer :o

A wholemeal cobb loaf & some coleslaw.

Just taken out 2 curries for tomorrow, beef  vindaloo & something chicken.

It seems never ending container after container.

Delicious cooking Chookie.
I have just made my first cake in the DreamPot. It has turned out well. I mixed it in the thermomix and then into the DreamPOt. I will post a photo of it, I'm pleased as I can make them fresh at Monkey Mia while we are away.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
