Lovely photo Judy.

Great cooking Gert.

Do you like Anzac cookies crunchy or chewy Bzb? I like mine chewy :) I made some a week ago.

Varoma demo tomorrow. I'm not cooking for a week!

Your DD and family had a feast for dinner Judy. I'll bet the kids loved making it.

He looks very pleased with the food before him.

Gretch am enjoying seeing what you come up with each day. Great idea to barter, and a good excuse to have a chat with the neighbors.

Just made Slow Cooked Beef Chilli fr dinner which was delicious (made yesterday). Our home grown chillies have a little heat.

Lovely photo Judy.

They look just right BZB. Some people like them crunchy, some chewy.

A tip given to me years ago by a good cook was that Anzac biscuits made with old fashioned rolled oats will be crunchier than those made with quick oats.  We like ours crunchy :D

Beef stew in the SC.  No recipe just some gravy beef from the freezer and veg and emptied out some sauce bottles and jars from the pantry.  It's Gerts fault, she started this. :D

Love it mab19. Great idea. I have leftovers from my chicken but you know it is a good idea to toss the 3 steaks I have in the freezer into the slow cooker then just use up the contents of a few bottles from the fridge and pantry.  Ummmmmmm.  Trouble is most of my bottles are really hot chilli ones!

I always use rolled oats in everything. I read somewhere if you want quick cook oats just blitz it in the thermomix for a few seconds. I'm not sure if this is correct.
Looks like it will be a hot meal Gert.
CP I saw the hint of fire on the Instagram. The meal looked lovely.

I'm hoping third time is a charm today.... I'm making dessert to take to a bbq today for a friend who is lactose intolerant...
No worries says me who has wanted an excuse to make Quirky Jo's raw lime cheesecake. It is really delicious. The found out friend can't tolerate coconut either, so made #2, Quirky Jo's raw vegan choc mousse.  DH decided the flavour was odd so number 3 is Hazelnit Torte from EDC.... fingers crossed!

I have great success with the Anzac biscuit recipe on the KA website. It uses both rolled IATA and shredded coconut. Made some for my troop today  :D and just about to make a pav for tomoz as I have 5 spare egg whites
