Welcome Fishy01. If you didn't receive a thermos server with your machine you are obviously not from Australia.

I just noticed that Fishy01 is from Australia.

Berringamababe that is wrong. Did you make enquiries about it?

Hello and welcome.
Cookie, I thought thermoservers were only available occasionally as a special promotion and not all the time, just like the second bowl special that comes up once or twice a year.

I thought you got a thermoserver when you had your first demo? That's when I got mine

I'm like Kath. I thought you received a thermo server when you had your demo and bought your machine. I've had my machine for 5/6 years so am not too sure. I just made the assumption. ( I can hear a friend, saying 'never assume Cookie. )

Did you ladies who didn't get Thermservers actually host your delivery demos?  Cookie1 and KathD are right - you get a Thermoserver then.  The 2.2 litre T Server is available year-round.  Kimmyh, the special Thermservers (1 litre round  or the oval 2.5 litre) are only available for short promotional periods.

I didn't have a demo I just bought a thermoserver type thing from eBay for $30, I even told the poor rep to just drop it to me at work.  Of course she insisted to do a demo, but I declined my sister in law had her thermomix already . My DH, DD and I where her 3 demo guests when the rep did the demo and the thought of that disgusting bean pasta still haunts me YUK!!!  the demo really didn't do the thermomix justice I cook lots and my food processor died so I replaced it with a thermomix. (I have had mine for 4 years and bought my daughter hers for her 18th birthday).
