We have visitors tonight - DHs step grandparents from mainland, An Aunty, BIL and his family, and another BIL and SIL.

But I do like to put effort into dinners most nights as it is the only meal during the week we all get to have together.  :)

LOL Halex!! Your post made me literally LOL!!  :D  I can't actually remember what city they live in - somewhere in Vic I think but not even 100% sure on that!! Oooppppsss - guess I should know!  :-[

Your meal sounds awesome Astarra and yes you should know where they live. I am in vic, they could be near me;)

A lasagne from the freezer with bruschetta and rocket with shaved Parmesan and asparagus.
Will do tomorrow night's dinner  as well.  :)

We had marinated drumettes in the weber & stir fry vegies tonight.  I did go back for 3 more drumettes  :-))
