http://tenina.com/2012/03/thermomix-beef-basil-spin-dinner/

Made Tenina's beef and basil with rice and steamed vegetables.
Hubby and kids loved it
Very easy to prepare and cook.
I used beef stir fry strips which cooked extremely fast so next time I will only cook them for one and a half minutes...two minutes max!

Thanks again Tenina

Charcoal chicken with salad tonight. (been to town with the kids to get new shoes so decided to buy tea on the way home)
Was really yummy though.
Kids have new shoes and socks, and I brought my self a T-shirt and trousers while we were in there. :)

Lol. No change room for me, with 5 kids with me and me being in Plaster was hard enough keeping up with them. But they were all good for me. (Thank god)
