K ATIE, good idea but would need about 10 hours very slow roast or cooking in SC over night.
Huon Salmon tonight.  They will deliver to your door. It is much nicer than Salmon from Supermarket.  Not frozen.

Oh well mince sounds even better then .
DD dinner was paprika chicken and baked sliced sweet potato with a lime salt granita and crumbed zucchini sticks baked . Followed by coconut chia mango pudding with shards of frozen coconut cream .DS was happy there was a protein. Nice meal and full tummies. Now the reality that I only have one more weekend with DD before back to boarding , brainstorming DH can take her place , not sure that will be happening as kids have told him what he is not to cook and always work  will get in the way .

We had a chicken and vegetable pie from Tenina’s recipes. The gravy element was a mustard Hollandaise sauce. It was rather nice.

We didn't eat all of the pie last night so we will have the leftovers with stir fried green veggies.

Haloumi and cannelini beans in a Korma Simmer sauce, with rice and naan. A quick, easy meal as we knew we would be out.

DS cooked dinner , well he rushed in and banished me for kitchen , this is normal. Next minute he said entree is served ! Such a funny lad they had gone for a drive now we are talking twenty minutes one way ! Fish and chips with a side of greens , 2 mini cucumbers. We thought we would have dinner very late but no instant dinner it was . Thinks he has got off lightly even his sister said you know you still have to cook this weekend don’t you . Smiles all around .
