I like the look of that oat bread - is it chewier than non-oat bread?

Made some blueberry muffin overnight oats last night ... can't wait to try them later today (they don't look anything like muffins, but that is the name the writer gave them).

Two Bimby chocolate cakes ! One for daughters friend’s 17 Th Birthday, chocolate  iced and  marshmallows in no 17 . One for us .
We are going to do a Birthday drive through drop off ! Masks and social distancing. This is at my DF who had the accident so a bit of compassionate caring. As we said earlier Birthdays are celebrated differently now .

Marina the bread is very light. I was surprised.

Last night for dinner I made a potato rosti. It didn't have anything in except potato and onion and it didn't fall apart. It was very nice and crusty too. I got the recipe from the ABC but they got it from elsewhere. I will pop in the link.

I have made a couple of lots of my tomato passata as I got some good priced tomatoes at the Italian shop. I also picked up 4 chicken carcasses for $2 so I am making stock from them and then DH will eat all the meat from them.

I made RTE recently posted cake. It is lovely. She has very precise directions to make it. t is not as light as a sponge but not as heavy as a butter cake. Her recipe makes a layer cake but I made 2 separate ones.https://www.recipetineats.com/my-very-best-vanilla-cake/
