Looks like it's got a lot of thyme and sesame seeds, Chookie, what else is in it ... oregano, other seeds or nuts ...?

Your Za'atar mix looks delicious Chookie, I love bits of bread dunked in OO then into a spice mix. Your bread looks amazing as usual.
Cookie how was your Apple & Spice loaf? It sounds yummy!
Happy cooking everyone.

Will post recipe for Za'atar. Not necessarily TMX . Although I did use it to break up the herbs. It was lovely on the tomatoes. Today will sprinkle on roasted pumpkin.
Cookie, how did your NY rye bread go.?

The New York Rye bread went well Chookie. Between eating it with soup last night, toast this morning and DD taking a sandwich for lunch today it's almost gone. I have another loaf rising at the moment using your No Fuss Recipe. I've added rye flour and seeds this time.

Katj the Apple cake is very nice they tell me. I try to stay away from things like that.

Big cook up today. Made Ratatouille to go with roast chook. Potatoes sliced and baked with stock and topped with cheese. Low carb soup of cauliflower and celery, tuna and anchovy paste. More SD crumpets.

Love ratatouille . Made Dani Valent's tomato soup again yesterday . Will have to make more soup , we seem to demolish it within a few days . Maybe a creamy chicken and brown rice one of Quirky Jo's.

The bottled apples, ( in microwave). On left, Brambleys and others I think are Gravenstines.

I love cooked apples in any form. They look delicious Chookie.

This is the last couple of Pita breads from last night. I'm going to reheat them in the microwave for lunch.

I made a sort of Anzac slice with bits and pieces in it. It's very nice. I will post the recipe as it is something a bit different.
