Leek and Potato Soup.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Just made the PEACHES & CREAM DESSERT.  Haven't made this for ages and had forgotten how quick this is to make!  I used a tin of pie apricots for the fruit.

I made another loaf of bread today. That and a salad for dinner.

Oops. I nearly forgot. I roasted about 3kg of red capsicum that I picked up cheaply. So easy in the AF. I used some for a salad for dinner and the rest I put in EVOO to use with salads.

You are very organised Robyn.
Your neighbours are in for a treat Chookie.
Isn't it nice to get home and start cooking cookie, especially bread.

It certainly is Judy. We had a couple of bought loaves and although they were from a bakery, they weren't very nice at all. No taste at all.

I was very spoiled while we were away as DH did most of the cooking. Except for the nights we had vegetarian or thermomix food. He says I can't cook fish correctly ( this happened very early in our marriage) and he likes to BBQ the food. I don't mind at all.

It almost looks like a production line of crumpets there Chookie. It is a lovely thing to do for your neighbours. We have lovely neighbours like that.
