CC, that looks great.
Could you send me a copy of the Elder Flower Cordial, please. Our elders are flowering now and this will be my last chance to make the cordial.

It's certainly an impressive list. Good on them.

Chookie, where did you buy the elderflower plant?

CC, do you know if they are selling these books yet or do you still have to have a demo?

Yum CC, lots of interesting recipes. I like the sound of horseradish and chickpea dip.

I bought a plant and it died.  Can't remember where I bought it. This one grew by its self. Before I realized what it was, I tried to cut it out.  It just grew bigger.

Thanks Bess.  I did know that it can grow into a big tree but thought that I might try it in a large tub.  Had fritters once make in Italy and they were lovely.  They just made a sweet batter and dipped the flowers whole into it, then fried and sprinkled with icing sugar!!

Trudy, the Elderberry trees grow wild in our area.   I have made the fritters from the flowers, was a bit disappointed with them.   Probably my cooking.

It is really frustrating that Thermomix UK won't sell us this book and send to Australia. They suggested I ask a friend in the UK to forward it on to me! They said they are "not allowed" to sell it outside their area. I guess that is to protect Thermomix Australia just in case they want to sell it. Or not. It seems very restrictive and makes me grumpy!
It is such a restrictive method of customer service.

I agree that it's a shame that this book can't be sent out here.  I have had no problem in the past except for the DVD that they put out a few years ago but never with books.
