I like both of these. Perhaps look through the index and the reviews of both books. That may help you decide.

I love Alyce's books, no fancy ingredients, just good yummy food.
I also like Tenina's, but you do have to get some 'different' ingredients.

I like both of the books you've mentioned, but the one I use the Most is Tenina's For Food's Sake.
