Sundried tomatoes

Hi I have a kilo of sundried tomatoes in the freezer. What can I do with them? And what is the best way to rehydrate them?

Sun dried tomato, capsicum and cashew dip - my favourite  :D :D

I then use up what we don't eat by flattening out some chicken breast spreading on the dip, rolling them up and steaming in the varoma  ;)

There's also a sundried tomato pesto in Tenina's For Food Sake.

I love that dip too Faffa. But I think I need to rehydrate them first as they are very dry.
