Once you get the job can you tell us what they put on their pizzas? We have a woodfired oven and always looking for something different!
Hanging out for it to cool down so we can get ours going again.

Best of luck Amy, if you get the job just work a couple of days Before you start giving them suggestions about toppings, maybe you could sell slices for dessert, just sneak them on the counter. ;)
