Ok my finger burn is nothing to everyone elseís mishaps . Marina take care of both legs now . Judy at lest you have discovered new ways to eat yummy foods slowly  . About to go to post office to collect my new Dinners 2 Skinnymixers cookbook . Iíve cooked do much already out of this book . Getting the ebook straight away is a game changer . Iíve printed a lot of recipes off , so might see if DD wants them ! Mind you thatís clutter so she might just want the download copy . ! Preparing for DS coming home tomorrow, itís so long between breaks . I miss him even when he is here as straight out to help DH or asleep . Normally I ask the young adults what they would like to have for dinner ! Think it might be steak ! Better think of a dessert too so he is not too hungry . Doing his last exam today so cannot ask him.

Marina did you go more than cut your leg ? And is it the good one ? Thatís no good at all . At lest you were fixed up . Nice weekend we just need it to actually rain properly.
I was a little accident prone last night when cooking dinner ! I put the kettle on and the leaver got stuck , I rushed into kitchen to turn it off but steam burned my fingers . Ice block all night on two finger tips , painkiller then bed , finally stopped throbbing . Other than a few blisters all good this am .

Mushroom and spinach risotto from Cookidoo . It was nice added coriander to it and used verjuice and bacon . The bacon made it salty so added a good squeeze of lemon juice. But it used the high heat so it made the mushrooms yummy . Strange procedure but it turned out well . In fact Iíd use it again .

Marina maybe a one pot meal , layered cooking  . All on one put it on and DH can serve it up . The best thing about the TMX was when we would come home after sport and Iíd put fish or chicken tenders on tray , vegetables in the bowl ,rice in the basket and water bottom 18 mins Varoma speed 4 . I simmered my bone broth ,after taking a layer of fat off ,for the morning . Strained it kept the marrow bones that still looked like I could cook up still to get the good bits out , but Iíll see could be fatty bits . Today Iíll remove the fat and see what I have left !

Judy it is good the TM6 . Donít know how they could improve it , but the deal on at the moment is very good with extra bowl . Infact I was talking to Cookidoo THERMOMIX person on the phone about how to upgrade Cookidoo membership. Anyway , I asked the big Q regarding a new model . He said he been there 10 years and this year it was said that they wouldnít be up grading it THIS YEAR , fist time they have said that he said , but he was 50/50 about it . I only mentioned it as they have had two deals this year for trade in of TM31 and TM5 - no trade in you keep it . That would not stop me from getting a TM6 now though as there is always talk regarding new models .
Oops for dinner we had chicken Kiev!
