Great cooking Margaret. 8)

I cooked Bolognese Sauce and made eight Salmon Fishcakes.

Mab, great baking.
Yesterday I made 8 small spinach and cheese pastries and one large one. Also Apple Strudel.
Again  Nigella’s pumpkin and Sweet potato soup.
We are having Fathers Day dinner tonight. Roast Pork , Apple Sauce and lots of veggies. Macadamia and honey Tart, ( posted)

Everyone has been very busy.
I made a Raspberry and Chia dessert for DD and I tonight from thermobexta.
The bread rolls for our sausages tonight.

Made Brons Veggie concentrate. ( veggie stock. ).  Use it all the time. Add only a little salt and keep it in the freezer.

have been experimenting with almond flour and coconut flour in muffins.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Made some of Trudy’s wonderful Lemon Mufins, but mine weren’t so wonderful this time.  Forgot to add the butter. It is still sitting in microwave.
Also made my Savoury Cheese Muffins.  These were good.
