I actually sent Amy a PM with the recipe, didn't think anyone would be interested.

Uni that bread looks good. I loved the time lapse photography as it rose. Let us know how it turns out.

Gert, your freezer is like Mary Poppins carpet bag. The food just seems to appear out of nowhere.
The photo of your freezer looked so neat and tidy and didn't seem to have that much in it.

Nearly there. You should see it now. Been nearly three weeks. Not much left.

Some pasta farfalle. Two steaks, the awful kabana may give to the dogs. You think it would kill them? A lovely piece of beef and some boiling bacon.
Shopping next week but not for much. I love having empty spaces.

That is why I loved working in the operating theatre. Everything in it's place. Oh I see I forgot the prawns. Mmmmmm risotto maybe.

I can see how working in theatres would be all neat and tidy and super clean.
I have a bit of a problem with pt's that come in for an overnight procedure and bring enough luggage for a 6 week vacation.
They then discharge and leave the phone charger in the wall. We have pile of phone chargers you can't jump over.

We had spinach & ricotta canneloni tonight - nice, but I still prefer my old recipe, must try and convert.
