Good morning everyone.  It's sunny at the moment but rain is on the way again.
Chookie, enjoy your time in Melbourne.

Our rain is gone and spring, verging on summer is back. It was quite warm in the sun when I was hanging the washing out.

It is so wet in Melbourne our newly installed water tank overflowed, flooding our cellar (and everything that we had put in there temporarily until we get ourselves sorted out in the workshop).  Very angry!

Yikes Marina, I hope there were no instruments down there!

No instruments damaged, fortunately but some other stock has been affected.   We found the cause and have taken care of it, but the whole place smells damp, as you can imagine.  Hopefully a string of fine, windy and hot days will help dry things out.

Judy, we just had an overnighter in Melbourne. A hotel booking mistake. It turned out to be a day of funny events. The Cafe at the Vic Market, that we loved, Scott Picketts had closed.  We ate in a Cafe that we would never normally choose. It was the only one open in the vicinity.  We ordered and the meal arrived an hour later.  I had a Dr appointment in Ballarat so had to be home by 3pm.
He was also running an hour late.
Marina, what a nuisance.  Hope all dries out quickly.

That was bad luck Chookie, your Melbourne trips usually run smoother.
