Gin Fizz
Serves 4
Ingredients
200g Gin
80g lemon juice
50g sugar
150g ice
1 egg white

Place all ingredients in THX and program 30 seconds speed 5 to 10. Place in big glass beakers and serve immediately.

Yeah Paul - but who cares when you're barely a minute from the beach - what a way to live it up !!!  I'm jealous. :( :(

Had a friend come for a drink this afternoon and as it was hot here I made this. YUMMO ;D ;D  We had the first one in a cocktail glass & the next (hic !) in a tall glass with a bit of soda water & more ice. Fantastic summer drink. We plan to have it again whilst sitting dangling our feet in the pool. Better make sure we don't have too many or we might just slide in  ;) ;) ;);D ;D ;D ;D

I replace ice cubes with frozen blueberries in my Gin drinks, just so that I get my vitamins  ;)
