I made these again last night, yum, soft & crispy ones.  .Very cheap to make :) used my sandwich press.

Tonight I opened a box of Angas Park crispbreads from The Barossa Valley, cost me a fortune, these tortillas are far superior than Angas Park crispbreads at a fraction of the cost.

have some in the freezer JD will add to my freezing list once have defrosted and eaten them
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Judy, I've only ever made enough for the beef enchiladas so haven't had need to freeze any, so will be interested to see how Fundj goes with hers.  I would think as long as they are separated by baking paper etc they should come out okay, just would need a warm up again before using.  :)

Yes, I figured they would be the same as crepes which freeze well that way.
