I rolled with the rolling pin, bread mat underneath & a sheet of baking paper on top. I tried to make them to fit my fry pan, a couple were larger & the bread went up the sides. I would say that this recipe makes 6 decent sized ones.

Thanks Nazar, next time it will be easier & less pressure as I will do them earlier in the day or at the weekend when DH can help.

No not too bad, i had flour on the mat & when I let the dough rest for 10 mins I had covered it in flour.

Ha ha, bought ones taste like cardboard now says Hally.  I knew you could do it and Uni, I know you can do anything you put your mind to except a roast  :D :D  Well done girls.

Mine will read nearly anything lessons for learning how to use a deep fat fryer, its still in the  laundry ??? :o ;D

Uni can easy do the roast but i am scared of a pc, ooh the noise my mums made scared the beegeesus out of me. ;DLOL
