The soba noodles are so nice. I ground buckwheat in the faithful thermomix and used that for them. It won't be the last time either.

When I made mine, I was so pleased to see that they were the same colour like the dried ones you buy (little things please little minds)  ;D

Also it's good to see the TM milled the grains down enough to use Cookie.  :D

Yes CC, the bells were very loud. I think I possibly woke half the street at 4.15am.  :D :D

I hosted a Tupperware party for my friend who had just started demonstrating (it was her first party)...I ended up buying way too many things but got some great freebies. Among my purchases was the silicone muffin tray (6 hole) which will fit in the varoma and the matching bundt (which I hope will fit in the varoma), as both of those items won't be available for much longer.

The measuring cups are the best as they have the thirds measures as well.

I need to find a Tupperware person, as I have a broken mixing bowl.

The Tupperware consultant told me that you will be able to do your own replacements via the website very soon (I got the impression that it was within weeks).

Yes, I agree the measuring cups are the best! My mum still has her green set and I have a yellow set. I think purple is the latest colour.

Not food related but I went to Spotlight this morning after the dentist (needed some retail therapy) and came home with two plastic trays to keep my sewing bits tidy, two soup bowls with owls on them (GCs), Hello Kitty material (to make something for GD) and a Big Shot machine for my craft. Haven't hade one before but I hope I can work it out and get good use.

It sounds like just what the dentist ordered. What is a Big Shot machine please troupie?  Is it a sort of sewing machine?
