I just happened to see this in the ABC shop yesterday. I have been thinking of getting it for ages. It was produced to raise funds for the QLD floods. It isn't full of pictures but I love this type of book as it has everyone's favourite recipes in.

I am trying to locate some of these spring stitch holders.  The only ones I can find are the ones that close like a safety pin which are no good for what I want.  If anyone happens to see any could you please let me know. Thanks

Marie, I have never seen these, but you could perhaps try to contact these people and they may be able to help.  There is also another shop in Melbourne CBD that might have some ideas.

Maddy can you let me know what you think of the hangers? I would like some, but I'm waiting for a good special!
Meanwhile I bought something similar from the cheap shop - they aren't too bad, but I'm sure the ones you have would be better  :)

this is the 2nd set I've purchased, and I'm really happy with them.
I have left over clips & pant rails from the last lot, so will add them to some of these hangers.

They hold heavy garments with no problem, delicates don't slip off the hanger because of the rubber shoulders, and are slimline & sturdy......that is, if you don't have a daughter who yanks her clothes off the hangers  :-)).  I have threatened to charge her per hanger if she does it again   ;)

TVSN have great deals, but unfortunately the bargain packs are sold out at the moment.  Keep an eye on the program guide for when pinklily is aired next  ;)

Gert,

I love my kribbitt!! I put it on straight away and it's never been taken off. It's awesome!

My only complaint (which is pathetic) is that if I'm lying down in bed it digs into my ribs, chest after a while. Yes, only minor I know. But I think it's worth every cent.

I'm on holidays now so this thread will probably get updated daily  :D oh the poor bank balance...

So happy mrsb.  When I am in bed I usually rest it on my thigh! But then I am sitting up. You can narrow it or widen it to accommodate a thick or thin leg too. Where are ya?

Ooh naughty me. I can't remember if I said thanks to Gert. I did send a message to Helene. Gert I love mine. I also have a problem though. My DD keeps pinching it.. Of course it means purchasing another ! More power to Helene.

Mrsb I hope you are enjoying your holiday.

What I also like is that Helene is helping out a fellow Canadian and a new inventor to get the Kribbitt out there before someone or some country copies it. He deserves to reap some reward for such innovation. I bet Helene was not happy when our dollar started the shrink and the postal charges when up. But nevertheless I don't mind paying for a quality product that works well and which I use all day every day.. My DH guards his closely as well. I am so glad I bought three. No waiting! I like  being able to take my mini out and about with the Kribbitt. Great for coffee stops and now my local shopping centre has free wifi I can still do some work , get out of the house, have coffee and chill away from home.

Love my Kribbitts.

Mrsb I am a retired one. Enjoy every hour of your holidays. You deserve it. You are obviously not in WA as we don't start school holidays until this Friday. Friends are counting down!
