Hi SSS and jeninwa. I'll be interested to see the replies as I have trouble too.

Are you nor or SOR and do you want organic or non organic?

Weigh and Pay in woodvale have a very good selection :)

The best wheat grains are Durum, Spelt and Kamut. Cant help you on where to buy as i dont live in Perth.

Maybe Loose Produce in Como if you are SOR.

I have been there but I think MJ may have had a problem with some of their stuff if I remember correctly.

Well, I went to make this and found that my rye flour, which I've only had for a month was full of weevils. I bought it from Loose Produce and thought it would be fresh, but obviously not. Next time I'll put it in the freezer to kill all the eggs.

absolutely everything gets put into my freezer, and all the normal troublemaking foods are being kept in the fridge. Shame we don't have any space left in either, but hey! no weevils (...yet...)
