Title: Delicious Italian Meal!!

I was recently very honoured when my DH took me out to tea whilst we were away in Albany for a few days. We went to the Venice Restaurant and I had the yummiest meal. It was totally vegetarian - stuffed capsicums, tomatoes and zucchini in a delicious tomato sauce.

I replicated it tonight and added crumbed pork (couldn't get any veal). It was superb!! I'll post recipes as soon as I get it all together. I was just guessing, but it worked beautifully.

looking forward MJ - there are some great Italian recipes on the Bimby forum - If I just didn't have to work   :( :( :( :(

Ah the Venice... Many a drunken night was spent scoffing back pizzas when I was first dating my husband. Hee hee hee...
