All rugged up!
I'm making some Classic bread for DH and DD this morning. It is warm enough here to get it all day in one day, including getting the starter to wake up and start becoming very active. In the cooler months I have to leave the starter overnight.

Yummy Judy. They should prove popular.
I have a small quantity of Kangaroo mince. Might curry it with lots of added veggies.
Harvested lots of spinach and cooked it yesterday. Might make puff parcels with spinach, ricotta(TMX), feta and egg.

I was bad yesterday and went to the Kitchen Warehouse. I bought a mini bundt tin tray and also a sort of muffin tray that has straight sides with removable bases. http://www.kitchenwarehouse.com.au/Bakers-Secret-Loose-Base-Dessert-Pan-12-Cup

I had to try the Bundt tin so I made a batch of Kimmy's Carrot cake. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=13297.0

Made a batch of peanut biscuits http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12710.0, Cafe sized biscuits http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=9372.0  and a double batch of Maple Cinnamon Almonds https://www.recipecommunity.co.uk/side-dishes-recipes/honey-cinnamon-roasted-almonds/2dvz1y3w-5e853-127489-cfcd2-8fzaedww for the trading table.  The almonds are delicious, great for Christmas hampers.

I am going to make spelt bread on the weekend, any ideas, tips, or link me to a recipe please. :) :)
For our DD, as spelt bread is $8 a small loaf up here.

She is feeling better since changing milks, and no wheat, :)
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.
