What are you cooking today?

DH’s tummy still isn’t happy so I made him a plain loaf of bread with nothing and Olly white flour. He has some blood tests etc tomorrow and a scan on Tuesday.
I followed Chookie’s advice and cooked it from a cold oven for 50 minutes. The result looks nice. I may have a slice for afternoon tea.

Some nice breads being made. Cookie did you make your jam in TMX? If so, is it a forum recipe? I love apricot jam.

Haven't done much cooking lately as mum is still poorly. Did make this curried cauliflower and carrot slice from the Thermobexta lunch and snack book.
It's very nice.

I made some mixed nut biscuits today and prepared the dough for two overnight SD loaves. One will be a fruit loaf.

Trying out some cinnamon rolls.  It's not a tmx recipe, it has 600g flour and thermie seemed to be struggling a bit kneading so took it out and kneaded by hand.  We will see what we get later in the day.
