Great recipe JD  :)

We had this tonight and it was lovely.  Just what we needed on a cold Adelaide night.  My OH loved it and said "it's a keeper".
I did add a spoon of Tenina's garlic paste (as I knew Judy would approve  :))

I felt a bit piggy as the recipe says it serves 4, but between the 2 of us we ate it all!

Thanks for trying this one girls, looks like I might have to do it myself again soon.  You post these recipes then forget about them  :-))
Katie, Tenina's garlic paste is finding it's way into most of my recipes these days so I probably would have done the same as you  ;D

You are obviously a soup girl Natalia and it's so nice to see children enjoying it as well.

I made this soup again a couple of nights ago, but this time I did a cauliflower version.  It was just as yummy as the broccoli one!
We had it with Maddy's bacon & cheese rolls.

I did add 5 minutes extra to the cooking time just to be sure the cauliflower was cooked, and I must admit I always add more cheese  ;D

I've got this cooking right now. I have substituted the tasty cheese for blue cheese and doubled the cheese quantities.

The taste I snuck was amazing I can't wait for it to be ready.

Hi Canadian Kangaroo, welcome to the forum with your first posting.  Looking forward to hearing more from you as your name intrigues me  ;D  Why not pop over to Introduce Yourself on the Home Page and tell us a little more about yourself.  Perhaps you are an Australian living in Canada ;)

It seems as though you are an Australian in Canada.  As Judy says we'd love to hear more about you.
