Title: 40 meals in 4 hours - slow cooker-freezer meals

I was led to this on FB  . ..  sounds a super idea if weekdays are super hectic or, if you're like me whose habits have changed a little over the years.    I find these days, it really is an effort to pull a meal together in the evening, whereas it's in the morning that I'm more productive.  Interesting how things change as you get a little older.  I used to be a regular night owl - but now I'm more like my fine feathered friends in the chicken coop!

There are other choices . . 20 meals in 2 hours, etc.  It looks like I may need to turn the freezer back on . . .  ;D ;D

Thanks GF. I'm like you. Not long after we were married DH said I was just like a chook. Went to bed when the sun went down. :-)) :-))  I have improved by a couple of hours.

Will try some of these.
I like her idea of adding the veggies separately. I also don't like mushy veggies.
