Hi Shane, I am in Sydney and my TX arrived last week so I am very new to it all too!

To be honest I didn't know where to start and was a tad overwhelmed for a day or two! I picked something my kids like to eat and went from there. The chicken nuggets in the 'Best of recipe community' cookbook were a hit. We have had chilli con carne (no chilli), pumpkin soup, yogurt, bread rolls and dips. Being able to make a sorbet in a minute flat for dessert is wonderful
