It turned out pretty good actually! I don't think I will need to buy pasta again, I just need a little time and I can make healthy yummy pasta at home. I think as time goes on, my skills will improve with practice. Your pasta looks delish!

The slow cooker is cooking us a curry (for another windy, cold day here!!!!!!) and the TMX is doing the Naan bread and rice and probably a few green vegies in the Varoma.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Last night I was in a hurry so cooked the Spicy Chicken and Sweet Potato in the oven while I cooked the rice and vegies in the tmx. BIG MISTAKE. It took soooo much longer in the oven that it was actually ready too late for DD's tea, so we had it ready to heat for dinner tonight after work. BUT I was blown away by how much the flavours suffered in the oven (high temp and longer cooking time) compared to the TMX. Perhaps I should contact Donna Hay and give her my variation  ;) ;D  So if anyone's considering just popping it in the oven - don't. It's quicker and MUCH nicer in the tmx.

Tonight made a WW Chocolate Coconut slice - haven't had this for many years.  :-))

Ooh goody! have you converted it yet? Is it the one with crushed cornflakes or weetbix?

CP I have converted it  ;D just not typed it up yet  :-))

No it's not the one with the wheaties or cornflakes. The official name is Chocolate Coconut Bars. Hopefully tomorrow night I'll get a chance to post it (maybe even on my blog if I ever get it going... )

Today for lunch we had chicken with a tomato and fennel sauce from the UK EDC with mashed potato & spring onions. This was the first time I have ever cooked with fennel and it was very tasty but would have to be one of the strangest recipes I've ever come across as far as cooking it in the TMX goes.  The only thing they used the TMX for was to drop the garlic onto the spinning blades ??? ??? ??? ???, everything else was done on the stove top. So I set about changing it to be cooked wholly and solely in the TMX and will post it in mains later today.
Am now about to make a batch of JulieO's Beef Enchiladas for the freezer as an emergency visitors meal.

I haven't posted in here for ages.  TMX has been used but just for daily basics like porridge etc.  I have just made Luigi's 40 second biscuits from the EDC which seem like a good recipe.  I have posted a review.  We have visitors coming for tea next week so that will be a TMX meal.  Want to also make some pasta this weekend.

Tonight we're having Jamie Oliver's Fennel risotto with ricotta and dried chilli. I just spent about 40 minutes converting it into a TM language that my boyfriend can understand instead of my own personal shorthand that only I understand. I am hoping to have a nice relax and dinner served to me! Fingers crossed x :)

Recipe here: http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/risotto/fennel-risotto-with-ricotta-and-dried-ch
If my conversion is a success I will post it in the vegie section.

Thanks Thermomixer, have printed it out.  I have a pork loin rack in the freezer and this would go nicely with that I would think.

Pork will go a treat with it.  Funny about the UK book - hardly worth getting the bowl dirty for a garlic clove !!!
