I still have to find a way to make wine with our precious Thermomix :)
Instead, I made this delicious liqueur for my blog's 2nd birthday.
Cheers ;)
Ingredients:
50g dark chocolate (90% cacao)
300g sugar
3 egg yolks
500g fresh whole milk
1 tsp of vanilla or 1 bag of vanillin sugar
125g alcohol (95º)
50g whiskey
Preparation:
Grate chocolate for 10 seconds on Speed 8.
Add sugar, egg yolks and milk. Cook for 8 minutes at 90ºC on Speed 4. Let it cool in TM Bowl.
Add vanilla, alcohol and whiskey into the mixture. Mix for 30 seconds on Speed 4.
Transfer into an airtight glass bottle, let it cool in the fridge.
Store in the fridge.
Afiyet olsun...
Enjoy...
Note: You can use it also to drizzle your ice cream with or add into your espresso.

quanto dura in frigo farfallina
how long will it last in the fridge

non era scritto fundj
I got the recipe from italian edc and it wasn't indicated unfortunately.
I searched a bit on internet and they usually say that you can store in the fridge up to 1 month for similar recipes but I am not sure, I wouldn't want to give a wrong idea anyway.
I will personally try to keep in the fridge up to 1 month.

i will make it soon and will try it in the freezer to

Unfortunately, we can't buy 95% alcohol in Australia. But, I'm sure Vodka would be a suitable substitute.
Thought I'd better clarify why I say 'unfortunately'. I want to make perfume with essential oils and you need high proof alcohol. I can only buy denatured, which stinks!

I had read some liqueur recipes with vodka as you said megan

But you can make it Megan. All you need is a fermenter and a still! If you lived nearby I would give you some!

Meganjane, if you have a distiller for flower oils, you should be able to make your own alcohol.
