I guess I should try this to since I have commented that it looks yummy. Might do it once I quit smoking and become an alcoholic instead of a smoker ;D

Here I is!

That sounds like a nice drink Uni and thanks for naming it after me.  I gave some to a friend the other day and she wanted the recipe to do exactly this as she thought it would be a very refreshing drink for summer.  I have no lemonade in the house but will put it on my shopping list.

I have no idea what straight vodka tastes like Uni, all I taste is something lemony and alcoholic!  I see what you mean though, you're talking about how mine freezes over aren't you?  OK I'll cut down on the water in the sugar syrup next time I make it and see if that works.

Of course you realise that I had to have a drink of it to see what it is that I could taste so that I could answer your question.  Good thing I have done what I had to do for Geoff tonight and he is safely in bed.

Strong enough for me Uni.  I  don't like being under the weather.  I overdid it at a wedding in town once and somehow I pushed Geoff from the venue to our hotel room without getting run over  then goodness knows how I got him into bed!!

Kim, I have no idea why Uni named this drink after me and no I'm not having another drink.  I can't get an Internet connection on the computer so I'm having to use the iPad and it is so much slower getting my replies onto the forum.

Uni you will have to bring a bottle of pure alcohol limoncello to the Adelaide retreat so that I can taste the difference between yours and mine.

Uni -I think you could if you packed it securely in your checked in luggage . . .just don't think you could carry it on . . (unless you offered a sample to the pilot before takeoff :o)

No, this happens occasionally Katie.  The router as your DH calls it has the signal for the Internet, the iPad is running on wifi from that same source but the computer just lost connection whilst we were having tea.  It's been on all day and working OK so don't know why it has spat the dummy.

I don't like to bother him Katie so let's just see if it comes on eventually.  I might even turn it off for a while, maybe the computer is overheating or something.  I was told they can do this because of dust that gets into them.  That's funny, now it isn't responding to anything
, it seems to have seized up.
