I made some Honey Snap biscuits from an old WW recipe.  Lovely and crunchy.

WW recipes are so reliable - even I can't go wrong with them (not casting aspersions on your baking, Mab!)!

It looks very tempting Chookie, to stop at one piece would be difficult.

It looks so very tasty.
I made the $250 Cookie recipe yesterday. Slightly altered so the spoilt budgie could eat them. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1278.0

The Quince Vinegar was not a success. Will need to fiddle with the recipe.
Made a loaf using the light Brioche recipe.
21 muffins. Using the green tomato recipe. With Passionfruit cream cheese icing. Most given away.

Tenina has just published a bread recipe with a 1/4 teaspoon of yeast. You make the poolish and then use that to do the bread. I've just made the poolish. It sits on the bench overnight, so I will be interested to see how it goes.
Yesterday’s biscuits and raspberry jam, that was berry jam.

I've finished the Tenina loaf. It looks quite good. I'll post a photo when I cut it.
