If anyone could help, I have just made these pinwheels and such a lot for 2 people do I cook both of them and put one in freezer or put one in the freezer made up but not cooked thanks

Thermo 18, when I made it I froze it cooked but I can't see why you cannot fill and freeze it before baking.

Thanks Judy, well I put it in the freezer uncooked, Wow we just loved this lol it does make a lot for two but lunch is ready for tomorrow, had it with steamed vegetables and mash potatoe. Also I put tasty cheese as that's all i has still yummy I am sure once I use the one in the freezer will make again a good meal for standby  :D

I hope they froze well. My mince has usually been frozen and then thawed so I usually cook mine and then freeze the leftovers, for that reason.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Cookie my mince was fresh to start with, so hopefully it will ok when I use it, I have a fear when it comes to putting things in freezer that has already been frozen then cooked then frozen again so with new dishes I always use fresh so I get rough idea how much is left over thanks for that  :)
