Tonight's Greek lamb meatball salad....a regular here actually
http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/26034/greek+lamb+meatball+salad

I double the meatball quantity, and up the paprika to 2 Tbsp., along with 2 Tbsp. cumin, and add marinated roasted capsicum strips

In theory Chicken Kiev without the Garlic as my uncle doesn't like Garlic.

However my mouth has just been numbed by the dentist, and I've not had lunch. (Original appointment was 12, then got bumped to 12:30, but didn't get seen till a little after one and I'm in the pause where the numbness takes hold)

I had the most delicious Chinese meal tonight with a group of the friendliest people around :)
I cooked the family Chelsea's egg and bacon pie and left it in the oven for them. This is what I came home to......

Comfort food for a cold evening. Street fare from my island of Penang again. Hokkien Mee (noodles in spicy prawn broth) and Koay Teow Th'ng (flat rice noodles in chicken broth)
