Sadly this class didn't get enough takers so the girls have had to cancel it. The next one is on during Forumfest.

A few of us went up to the beautiful home of Nikki today for another class by the famous Cooking on Coventry girls.
Gosh Nikki and Nerissa had been busy. What a menu. The title of the class was Christmas on Coventry. On arrival we could have tea, coffee, chilled water with Choc and Fig Twists with Mascarpone Orange Cream. I forgot to take a photo of this, but it was sooooooo very nice. We then treated to Pork Sausage Baguettes with Caramelised Onions, ( my photo is a little blurred, sorry), Tommy Tarts with Olive Tapenade, Triple C Cups, ( no they weren't bras!),Sesame Chicken Bites, (so full of flavour), Melbourne Bread with Salsa Verde and Roasted Carrot Hummus. The dessert was so light and full of flavour that even after all that we managed to fit it in. It was Thel's Dessert. Nikki's Mum had come with the idea. This was served with Blueberries on the top and a chocolate coated pretzel.
Bubbles were also served for that wanted them.
Thanks Nikki and Nerissa we all had a fantastic time.
Katj and a friend drove up with me, Kezza and Collette ( from FF) took another friend up with them.

Great photos Cookie, it was nice to be able to show DH what we ate.
Nikki and Nerissa certainly put a lot of effort into the day and were helped out in the kitchen by Nikki's 2 lovely daughters who did all the dishes. Well done everyone!

The food looks wonderful, sounds like you all had a great day.
If I lived in Perth I'd certainly want to attend these classes.
