Welcome Arli, all this information must be a bit overwhelming for you at the moment as there is so much info on here that it's hard to know where to start but give it time and you will be an old hand at it in no time. I'm sure you will fall in love with your TM very very quickly like the rest of us on here.

Just remember if you ever get stuck then ask for help on the forum and you will be pointed in the right direction in no time at all.

Good luck and enjoy yourself with your new kitchen helper (they really are wonderful)

Thank you so much for the welcome everyone.

Joy of joys, my Thermomix was delivered this afternoon. I am totally shocked, as I only ordered it on Wednesday night, and of course Thursday was a public holiday. My consultant picked it up from the office just before closing on Friday. I am absolutely overwhelmed at the quick turn around of my order  ;D ;D

Now what to make first?? LOL.

Havent done too much with it this weekend, but did make the compulsory vege stock, some mango sorbet and the apricot chicken (risotto style). It was very nice, my daughter said she liked it, but still preferred the original type of apricot chicken :)

Oh, and thanks for the tip ~ I absolutely love Evernote.
