Hi everyone, I'm Arli.

I live in the northern suburbs of Perth with my daughter.

I've been eyeing off the TM for a long time now but had never seen it in action. Until 2 days ago I was going to opt for the TC instead. But..... I went to my first TM demo last night and signed up for one then and there. Grabbed a couple of extra recipe books to boot.

Now I just need to wait for my machine and will grab some friends around for a demo in a week or two. I cant wait to try it out, just wish I had my hands on the Everyday book first so I know what to stock my cupboard with first, otherwise I'll be sitting here with a machine and nothing to make with it.

I'm really looking forward to cutting down on the take away meals each week, and get back to healthy cooking again, which has gone out the window since I'm so time poor.It's not unusual for us to eat at 7.30pm which has got to stop. Also hoping the reduction in additives will return my daughter back to me, who is doing a pretty good impersonation of a grumpy teen, when she's only 10. Now if only the Thermie had a delay start function it would be even better

Anyway, that's where this forum is going to come in handy. Its Australia Day, so I am going to kick back, check out some recipes and work out what the first things I am going to make are. Just wish I still had a herb garden, so I guess I'll be off to Bunnings to start a new one.
