We're having a Tenina dish tonight. Sou vide salmon, with cauli puree and a pea salad. It's all cooked at once and then the salmon browned in the frying pan.

Lasagne tonight.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Chicken is so cheap and it’s amazing just how many meals you can get from 1 chicken, I could eat it every day. Well done Chookie.

We had another Tenina dish tonight. A Chicken and Vegetable soup with Parmesan dumplings. I also did a quick steamed bread to have with it.

Wow cookie the steamed bread looks interesting. We had Honey soy chicken wings in the thermi it was tasty , had enough of rice so did couscous with currents . DD made a healthy small Choc cake , cocoa , banana and nut paste ( peanut butter ) and a bit of SFlour . It is nice and light fluffy . Mixed in thermi .

Looks good Cookie.   Good soup weather.  Bread looks interesting although I can’t cope with steamed bread.  Love the crunch of the crust.
K Atie,   That all sounds nice.   Good to see DD experimenting.
For dinner tonight we are having grilled pork sausages, mashed potatoes, peas and gravy.

DS brought over a HUGE uncooked Lasagne that he had made to cook here. It was delicious. He took the leftovers home minus portions for our dinner tomorrow night.  ;D

CC, you are very lucky to have a DS who enjoys cooking.
Our DS cooked us Xmas lunch many years ago.  It was Spaghetti Bol. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Tonight SC sweet lamb curry. RTE Rice with Kale which I have converted to TMX.

We are having pasta and lots of veggies in a cheese sauce. I need to hide some sad looking veggies.
