It’s quite addictive isn’t it Chookie, they both look good. Today someone made salmon patties in theirs, another great idea then I thought hamburgers might be interesting too.  I’ve started a book of pie maker ideas, I have books for everything LOL.

The English muffins were too thick.  They rose like mad. I was very surprised.
The potato cakes reheated very well in the AF.

Today I am making Cumquat marmalade.  Chicken soup and grilled fish with Stir fry.

Your slices sound delicious K Atie.
No cooking here today, apart from dinner.

Judy, bought Tangelos.  We have trouble growing Citrus in our cold climate. Only 3 needed for these 7 jars.

Judy, they are large, plus 4 lemons. 2 lemons for juice, 2 whole.
Considering putting up my recipe for TMX scones, cooked in Air Fryer.  Makes 6 large. Interested?

Making pumpkin soup today.  I use a chicken stock base and add leek, carrot and celery, as well as the pumpkin. All in the TMX. Makes 4 generous serves.
