A couple of seconds there was a post here by debbiebillg re a test video but the post seems to have disappeared.  Anyway, I was responding to that post to say that I wasn't able to pick up a link to a test video

I never stay up later than 2200 and am wide awake up and  about by 0700.

I never drink alcohol before 0800 . You have to have some standards.
